At TACTEC, we strive to provide transparent and efficient shipping for all our tactical equipment orders. Please review the details below for information on shipping costs, delivery times, and related policies.
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary based on your destination and the number of items in your order. You can view the estimated shipping cost during checkout by adding items to your cart, entering your email address, and providing your shipping address. The exact fee will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and local postal services. Our standard processing and shipping guidelines are as follows:

Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 1–7 business days after your order is confirmed. PLEASE NOTE however that we are a small business and sometimes backlogged with the amount of orders we get, then there may be a delay of 7-10 days before your order ships, but rest assured, we will get your order shipped and always strive to get all backlogs caught up. We are human just like you, so please keep that in mind if we do slip up.
Due to popular holiday demand, orders could be delayed by 72 hours. -
US Deliveries:
Once shipped, orders within the United States are generally delivered within 7–18 business days. -
International Deliveries:
International orders are expected to arrive within 10–25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: During periods of high demand or unforeseen delays, such as seasonal peaks or disruptions due to public health circumstances, delivery times may extend by an additional 5–10 business days.
3. Shipping Destinations

Multiple Addresses:
We are unable to ship items from a single order to multiple addresses. If you require deliveries to more than one location, please place separate orders. -
PO Boxes and Military Addresses:
We support shipments to PO Boxes; however, we are unable to deliver to Military APO/FPO addresses.
4. International Shipments & Taxes
For orders shipped internationally from the United States, items are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on your country’s import policies.
