Shipping

 

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed, excluding postal holidays.

PLEASE NOTE however that we are a small business and sometimes backlogged with the amount of orders we get, then there may be a delay of 7-10 days before your order ships, but rest assured, we will get your order shipped and always strive to get all backlogs caught up. We are human just like you, so please keep that in mind if we do slip up.
Due to popular holiday demand, orders could be delayed by 72 hours.
Shipments within the United States should arrive within 3 business days of shipping.

Shipments outside of the United States should typically arrive within 6-13 business days but may take longer depending on your local customs processing time. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal service for final delivery. The tracking information doesn't always update during this phase, but fear not, it is still in transit!

 

International Shipping

We’re proud to offer international shipping to almost every country around the world.

Please Note - When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges, if any, are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Customs fees are not charged by or paid to us, so this is something we can't predict and is outside of our control. Ultimately, your local customs office will have a better idea if you will need to pay any additional fees, and if so, what those might look like.

Returns

We know our devices are badass and you will love them. Period.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please complete the return request form here within 30 days of original purchase for instructions on how to return it for a refund or exchange.

All Tactec units include a 1-year limited warranty. For warranty support, please go to the contact us page.

Returns must be in new condition and original packaging. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax minus shipping charge (if you paid for expedited shipping) which will not be refunded. Your refund will be processed once we have received the product in our warehouse.

If you're returning an item from a bundle, the refund for the returned item will be at a lower amount. This is because we'll assume the remaining items were bought at their full individual prices, not at the bundle discount. This means you keep the benefit of the bundle price for what you keep, but the refund reflects the discount you received.
